Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the Registration.

2. If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

3. If the course has already started and the student wishes to cancel, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining classes.

4. In case of cancellation due to medical emergency or unforeseeable circumstances, the student may be eligible for a full refund upon presentation of supporting documentation.

5. If a course is cancelled by Tosko technologies Private Limited or the instructor, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of the cancellation request.

7. To request a cancellation, the student must send an email to the support team (support@tosko.in) with the Registration number or ID number and reason for cancellation.

8. Any discounts applied to the original purchase will be forfeited upon cancellation.

9. The cancellation policy may be subject to change at the discretion of Tosko Technologies Private Limited. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to the students.
