2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in a course on the Site is subject to availability, and Tosko technologies Private limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at any time for any reason. Payment for a course must be made in full before the course begins. Once payment has been made, refunds will only be given in accordance with our refund policy, which is set forth below.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any of its systems or networks.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be given in accordance with the following policy:
100% refund if the course is cancelled by Tosko technologies Private limited.
100% refund if the user requests a refund at least 15 days prior to the start of the course.
No refund will be given if the user requests a refund less than 15 days prior to the start of the course or after the course has started.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tosko technologies Private limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site or any course offered on the Site, even if Tosko technologies Private limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Tosko technologies Private limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any course offered on the Site.

7. Modification of Terms

Tosko technologies Private limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India
